Operation of the Jezebel Spirit

The term “Jezebel Spirit” is coined after the name of “Jezebel” the pagan wife of King Ahab of Israel. This woman would control and manipulate and usurp authority to gain what she wanted and to put to death anyone who stood in her way.

1 Kings 16:30–31 (NASB95)
30 Ahab the son of Omri did evil in the sight of the LORD more than all who were before him.
31 It came about, as though it had been a trivial thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he married Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians, and went to serve Baal and worshiped him.

Ahab was actually a Jewish King and was therefore supposed to worship the God of Israel. However, he married a pagan woman named Jezebel who was the daughter of the pagan King of the Sidonians. This pagan woman controlled Ahab and influenced him to drop the worship of the God of Israel and worship the false god of Baal instead.

1 Kings 18:4 (NASB95)
4 for when Jezebel destroyed the prophets of the LORD, Obadiah took a hundred prophets and hid them by fifties in a cave, and provided them with bread and water.)

Jezebel set out to destroy the worship of the one true God -the God of Israel and to replace “true worship” with pagan Baal worship. So Jezebel usurped the authority of her husband the King and ordered that all of the true prophets of God be executed throughout the land. Only a hundred of these prophets were spared when one of Ahab’s God-fearing officials named Obadiah hid a hundred prophets in several caves to spare them from Jezebel’s purge.

Some might wonder how such a woman was able to carry out such a purge when she was not the king but was only the wife of King Ahab.

How Jezebel Carries Out Her Schemes

1 Kings 21:5–10 (HCSB)
5 Then his wife Jezebel came to him and said to him, “Why are you so upset that you refuse to eat?”
6 “Because I spoke to Naboth the Jezreelite,” he replied. “I told him: Give me your vineyard for silver, or if you wish, I will give you a vineyard in its place. But he said, ‘I won’t give you my vineyard!’ ”
7 Then his wife Jezebel said to him, “Now, exercise your royal power over Israel. Get up, eat some food, and be happy. For I will give you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.”
8 So she wrote letters in Ahab’s name and sealed them with his seal. She sent the letters to the elders and nobles who lived with Naboth in his city.
9 In the letters, she wrote: Proclaim a fast and seat Naboth at the head of the people.
10 Then seat two wicked men opposite him and have them testify against him, saying, “You have cursed God and the king!” Then take him out and stone him to death.

Ahab proved to be a weak and passive leader who was open to manipulation and control by a woman like Jezebel. This weak man was behaving in depressed manner and pouting like a child because Naboth refused to sell him his vineyard. When Jezebel heard about this story she immediately said that she would obtain the vineyard for Ahab. So Jezebel usurped authority of her husband the king and wrote letters in Ahab’s name and sealed them with his official seal. In these letters she instructed that a fast be proclaimed and her “target” named Naboth was to be seated in an place of honor above the other people seated on this occasion. Thus Jezebel was able to manipulate the people by instilling jealousy in their hearts when they observed that Naboth was given a seat of honor higher than themselves. Then they secured two false witnesses to lie about Naboth and say that he had cursed God and the king! This false accusation was enough to initiate the death penalty. Then the invited guests (now seething with jealousy against Naboth) seized him and took Naboth out and stoned him to death! Thus a weak woman was able to usurp authority and manipulate people to murder the man she wanted out of the way of her gaining her objectives.

11 The men of his city, the elders and nobles who lived in his city, did as Jezebel had commanded them, as was written in the letters she had sent them.
12 They proclaimed a fast and seated Naboth at the head of the people.
13 The two wicked men came in and sat opposite him. Then the wicked men testified against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying, “Naboth has cursed God and the king!” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.
14 Then they sent word to Jezebel, “Naboth has been stoned to death.”

So this plan worked perfectly and Naboth was stoned to death under the instigation of Jezebel to rid this man from the earth!

1 Kings 21:15–16 (HCSB)
15 When Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned to death, she said to Ahab, “Get up and take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite who refused to give it to you for silver, since Naboth isn’t alive, but dead.”
16 When Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, he got up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite to take possession of it.

So Jezebel told Ahab to go out and seize the vineyard for himself because the owner Naboth was now dead (under her own instigation).

1 Kings 21:17–20 (HCSB)
17 Then the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite:
18 “Get up and go to meet Ahab king of Israel, who is in Samaria. You’ll find him in Naboth’s vineyard, where he has gone to take possession of it.
19 Tell him, ‘This is what the LORD says: Have you murdered and also taken possession?’ Then tell him, ‘This is what the LORD says: In the place where the dogs licked Naboth’s blood, the dogs will also lick your blood!’ ”
20 Ahab said to Elijah, “So, you have caught me, my enemy.” He replied, “I have caught you because you devoted yourself to do what is evil in the LORD’s sight.

God sent Elijah the prophet to rebuke Ahab for his crime of murder. Even though his wife Jezebel instigated the death of Naboth, God still held Ahab accountable because he was the man of the household and anything his wife did was the fault of Ahab who did not resist his wife but was passive in letting her do whatever she wanted.

Liberals Harboring the Jezebel Spirit will Manipulate and Lie and Steal

It should be noted that those operating with the “Jezebel Spirit” will manipulate and lie and steal and use intrigue to get what they want. This is how weak and pathetic people (like liberal women and beta males) are able to dispose of strong men who stand in the way of their objectives.

The Jezebel Spirit can operate in a home if a man is passive and allows his wife to rule everything and allows himself to be manipulated by her. The Jezebel Spirit can also operate in any place where women are able to seize authority such as in a school board or other civil leadership positions such as a mayor’s office or a governor’s position or even a presidency. Women are easy to deceive so it is women who are Satan’s most useful targets. Satan wants to destroy Judeo/Christian culture off the earth and he has found that women have been his best tools for this purpose.

Jezebel Spirit Operates to Seize Authority for Self-Gain

2 Kings 8:26–27 (NASB95)
26 Ahaziah was twenty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Athaliah the granddaughter of Omri king of Israel.
27 He walked in the way of the house of Ahab and did evil in the sight of the LORD, like the house of Ahab had done, because he was a son-in-law of the house of Ahab.

Athaliah was the daughter Jezebel and Ahab and the granddaughter of Omri King of Israel. Athaliah was just like her mother and would not hesitate to commit murder in order to fulfill her own objectives.

2 Chronicles 22:10–12 (NASB95)
10 Now when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she rose and destroyed all the royal offspring of the house of Judah.
11 But Jehoshabeath the king’s daughter took Joash the son of Ahaziah, and stole him from among the king’s sons who were being put to death, and placed him and his nurse in the bedroom. So Jehoshabeath, the daughter of King Jehoram, the wife of Jehoiada the priest (for she was the sister of Ahaziah), hid him from Athaliah so that she would not put him to death.
12 He was hidden with them in the house of God six years while Athaliah reigned over the land.

So this wicked woman sought to put all the royal heirs to death so that she could seize the position of authority for herself. But one of the royal heirs was snatched away and hidden from Athaliah in order to spare his life. At this time this evil woman ruled the land herself and asserted herself on the throne for six years.

Jezebel Spirit Accuses Others of What it is Guilty of

2 Kings 11:13–14 (NASB95)
13 When Athaliah heard the noise of the guard and of the people, she came to the people in the house of the LORD.
14 She looked and behold, the king was standing by the pillar, according to the custom, with the captains and the trumpeters beside the king; and all the people of the land rejoiced and blew trumpets. Then Athaliah tore her clothes and cried, “Treason! Treason!”

A key attribute of the Jezebel-Spirit is that it will accuse others of the very things which it is guilty of. When the last remaining heir to the throne was crowned as King (at an early age) this wicked woman cried out “Treason” and accused those who crowned the king as committing treason against her. But the real truth is that is was Athaliah herself who had committed “Treason” by attempting to kill off all of the royal heirs in order to seize the throne for herself.

Peace Comes When Jezebel Spirit is Removed

2 Kings 11:20 (NASB95)
20 So all the people of the land rejoiced and the city was quiet. For they had put Athaliah to death with the sword at the king’s house.

When they put Athaliah to death with the sword, then the land rejoiced and the city was quiet. This is because the Jezebel-Spirit will cause all kinds of division and strife and animosity and stir up dissension. When a person harboring the Jezebel Spirit is removed from a position of authority then there will be peace because all of the trouble instigated by the “Jezebel-Spirit” will have ceased.

Name-Calling, Shaming, False Accusation and Slander

In the image above, the liberal U.S. democrats are holding up signs in the Congress House Chamber which read, “Musk Steals!” Elon Musk was appointed by President Trump (in 2025) to root out waste and fraud in the government and the liberals are furious. At it turned out, these liberals were embezzling billions of dollars and diverting tax-payer money to fund their “woke agenda” worldwide. It is laughable that they now accuse Elon Musk of “stealing” when in fact Elon is the richest “self-made” man on earth! I say “self-made” because the wealth that Elon Musk has was created out of nothing by innovation (unlike transfer wealth that is taken from others without anything being created).

This liberal insanity however is typical of the operation of the Jezebel Spirit which seeks to accuse others of the very crimes that they themselves are guilty of. Athaliah cried out, “Treason! Treason!” when in fact she was the one who committed treason and killed off the legitimate heirs to the throne and usurped authority and ruled Israel herself for six years. The only thing that Musk stole from the democrats was their “cloak of secrecy” when he exposed all of their crimes and fraud and embezzlement of U.S. Government funds.

Again, it should be noted that weak and pathetic people like (liberal women and beta males) can only resort to trying to shame a man out of office by name-calling and false accusation and slander. But if their targets refuse to quit then they will have no power over them whatsoever!

Jezebel Spirit Sought to Destroy Trump

The image on the left above is the now infamous “mugshot” of President Trump as liberals tried to take him out by using “lawfare” and false accusation of all kinds. This is just like Jezebel (the wife of Ahab) who falsely accused an innocent man of cursing God and the king and then had him stoned to death.

The image on the right above is that of Trump’s right ear which was grazed by a “would-be” assassin’s bullet when he miraculously turned his head at the exact moment the shot was fired (just missing his skill and brain by mere millimeters)! It would not be surprising if liberals (operating by the Jezebel-Spirit) orchestrated this assassination attempt also. They tried to imprison Trump and bankrupt Trump and destroy him in every possible way. It is amazing that even an attempt to shoot Trump also failed. Both the mugshot and the assassination attempt photos catapulted Trump into “stardom” with the U.S. citizens because everyone could see how hard liberals were trying to take Trump out by any means possible! But Trump did not give up and this is a testimony that the Jezebel-Spirit can be defeated if real men refuse to be shamed out of office and will not back off or give up when attacked with false lawsuits and remain steadfast even when falsely accused and slandered and even shot-at!

The Jezebel-Spirit will stop at nothing to remove those who are a competition to their own position of control (just as Athaliah sought to kill all of the royal heirs so she could usurp the throne for herself). Liberals operating by the Jezebel-Spirit did everything possible to remove Trump so that they could continue their reign of power. But now (during Trump’s 2025 presidency) DOGE is discovering that liberals under Biden had embezzled billions of U.S. tax funds to promote their own godless agenda worldwide focusing much effort on destroying Christian culture and criminalizing Christianity and flooding the U.S. with illegal migrants in order to import a new voter base for continuing their reign of illicit power and control. This has all failed and many see this as God’s intervention just as the plans of seizing control by Jezebel and her wicked daughter Athaliah were thwarted and both wicked women were destroyed and their plans to eradicate the worship of the God of Israel came to an end.

Hillary Usurped Presidency During Bill Clinton’s Time in Office

When Bill Clinton was president, his wife Hillary asserted herself into a leadership role in the U.S. government saying that if you voted for Bill as president then you got Hillary as well. This is just like Jezebel usurping the authority of her husband King Ahab and running things herself behind the scenes.

Hillary Organized the Removal of Qaddafi

Under the Obama administration, Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state and was able to organize the disposal of Muammar al-Qaddafi of Libya. However, the leadership void left in Libya after Qaddafi was dead then opened the floodgates for Muslim migration into Europe as millions of Muslims passed through Libya and crossed over into Europe in unhindered manner.

The Prime Minister of Hungary makes it clear that his people do not want to have their Christian nation destroyed by Muslim immigration. The President of Poland said the same thing that that Muslims should be sent back to the countries where they came from and not be forced upon Christian Poland. All of the troubles now occurring in Europe with cultural upheaval are related to the importation of Muslims into formerly Christian nations. In every nation where Muslims gain majority rule there can be no Christians found. Muslims are not tolerant of other faiths and if people do not convert to Islam they will be killed. Thus Satan can destroy Judeo/Christian culture simply by deceiving liberals (women and beta males) to import Muslims which is a death sentence to any formerly Christian nation (as those in Europe once were).

Germany was in the past a strong and manly nation but now Germany is largely taken over by women and beta male enablers whose every decision is leading toward the destruction of their formerly Christian culture.

Women Leadership is a Curse

Isaiah 3:12 (NASB95)
12 O My people! Their oppressors are children, And women rule over them. O My people! Those who guide you lead you astray And confuse the direction of your paths.

When the nation of Israel fell away from God and became immoral then God turned them over to weak leadership as a curse and punishment to them. Weak leaders bring about the total destruction of nations as every decision that they make leads toward their own downfall. Their oppressors were mere children meaning that beta males (boys who never grew up and became a man) are self-seeking and screaming to be served like a spoiled brat. Such beta-males do not make good leaders. Another curse is that women shall rule over them and this perfectly describes the western nations which are now taken over by women occupying civil leadership positions and the beta-male enablers who serve these women leaders.

Generally liberal women cannot see past the end of their own noses to the end result of their foolish decisions (such as funding Muslim immigration into their own countries). It is interesting that these women are not seeking to import Muslims into the pagan nation of India or the communist nation of China but only want to import Muslims into the Christian nations of Europe. Again, this is for the purpose of destroying Judeo/Christian culture and turning their own nations into a Muslim wasteland!

The scripture above says that those who guide you will lead you astray and confuse the direction of your paths. This perfectly describes the liberal women and beta male enablers who are lead astray by Satan to destroy their own nations and whose leadership is pure confusion as they go down the pathway toward their own national self-destruction.

Conclusion

In conclusion, God has created the men to serve as civil leaders and operate in masculine logic to do what is right in the present time frame for the best result in the future. Women typically cannot see beyond their own noses and often make decisions that result in their own future destruction. The liberals under the Biden regime are an example of this as they tried to change the U.S. voter demographic by the importation of millions of illegal migrants. They even embezzled tax payer money by the billions to fund their “migrant voter importation program” and even funded perversion such as sodomy being promoted in public schools at home and abroad. This sin brings a curse and so they unwittingly became a tool of Satan to bring a curse to the nation. Now that Elon Musk is investigating the government finances, these same liberals are “going nuts” because they fear their corruption will be exposed. They used taxpayer money to fund their own liberal agenda both at home and abroad. These liberals sought to destroy Trump and also they sought to destroy Christian culture by using lawfare against Christians forcing them to accept sodomites within the churches and Christian schools as members and students and even clergy. If a Christian bakery business refused to make a wedding cake for a homosexual marriage then they could be sued and bankrupted and even imprisoned for hate crimes. Again, this is not about homosexual rights but rather the criminalization of Christianity. Most of this was all done by liberal women in civil leadership positions and their beta male enablers who served them. Thus weak and pathetic people like women and beta males could destroy the most powerful Christian nation on earth and destroy Christianity completely. Only the intervention of God by placing Donald Trump in office in 2025 has offered any hope of reversing all of the damage done by these “Jezebel-type” of people who manipulate and lie and steal and employ intrigue to remove anyone who is in their way.
